Delete Your Account
Account deletion is permanent. It removes user-owned practice data from the application database. Some payment, security, or legal records may be retained where required.
Delete from the App
- Sign in to SpeakUp SD.
- Open Settings.
- Open Data and account.
- Choose Delete Account.
- Confirm Permanently delete account.
What Gets Deleted
Account deletion removes user-owned reports, practice records, transcripts, whiteboards, progress data, and app-owned account data. Where configured, the system also requests deletion of linked authentication and observability records.
What May Be Retained
Some records may be retained where required for compliance, dispute handling, fraud prevention, accounting, store-platform obligations, security audit logs, or legal claims. Retained records are limited to the required purpose and are not used for practice coaching after account deletion.
Export Before Deleting
If you want a copy of your data first, use Settings -> Export My Data before deleting the account.
If You Cannot Sign In
Use the support page and include the account email, platform, app version, approximate request time, and a short description of the issue. Do not send passwords, bearer tokens, raw audio, full transcripts, or payment card details.
